NPC Creation: Fallout 4 Study

Fallout is one of my favorite games and I’ve sunk so many hours into the series. This study was fallout 4 pre and post war (post bombs whatever suits you). I wanted to give more attention to black male hairstyles and outfits! Finding old photos of hairstyles in the 50s then determining the best practical (though more modern) styles for a post apocalypse setting.
